FEES AND INSURANCES
Our fees are based on the time and skills needed to handle you or your child’s eye care needs with expertise. Payment of fees is expected at the time of service. If you are unable to pay at the time of your visit, payment arrangements should be made prior to the appointment. Eyecare4kidz is pleased to offer insurance billing services. We ask your assistance in providing complete and accurate insurance information for each family member at the time of service. Dr. Lenoir' participates with many insurance companies, including Wellcare, Amerigroup, Peachstate. Peachcare, Regular Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VSP and more to come. If you have questions regarding fees, insurance, or your statements, please call the office.
